The youth wing of one of India's two main political parties, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), is called the Indian People's Youth Front, or Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM). Before that, it was the youth wing of the Janata Party, which was disbanded in 1978. When it first started in 1978, Kalraj Mishra was its national president. The first President of BJYM was Shri Kalraj Mishra. Some of the most well-known people have served as national presidents of BJYM, including Shri Pramod Mahajan, Shri Rajnath Singh, Shri G. Kishan Reddy, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda, and Smt.
